2 🍎Sure, results should speak for your coaches work, but ANYONE can starve people into shape! Make sure you look for a coach that has plenty of clients that will tell you how great they are about communicating and about their process.
3β™». This is an investment. Some coaches seem to be scared to let their clients learn, because they are scared they will eventually lose their money. As a coach, the most proud moment, in my opinion, is when you see a client go from clueless to proficient, making great choices on their own.
